That work happens during the first 30 days and creates the operational foundation your AI Workforce depends on. The Implementation Credit is how Aboova shares that investment when you commit to an annual partnership.

Implementation begins right after purchase. Most systems go live within 5–30 days, depending on tier and scope. Onboarding runs as guided sessions — Technical Setup, Operational Training, and Customer Journey — that take you from purchase to operational confidence.

Once your order is confirmed, implementation begins immediately. You receive access to your onboarding portal and start your guided setup sessions. Depending on your stage, your AI Workforce is typically deployed within 5–30 days, followed by training and ongoing support to keep everything running.

Monthly subscriptions have no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. Annual prepay is a 12-month commitment in exchange for two months free and your Implementation Credit.

Every plan includes monthly Voice AI minutes — 30 on the AI Website, 100 on Operations, 300 on Flow, and 600 on Intelligence. Additional minutes are billed at $0.35/min. The Operate plan includes Voice AI fully, with no usage limits and no overage billing. Voice AI is powered by ElevenLabs and billed by conversation minute; included minutes reset monthly and unused minutes do not roll over.

The Customer Care System at Stage 4 is different: it deploys that same capability into YOUR business, answering YOUR customers instantly, trained on your operations. Support for you is included; a support workforce for your customers is a system we install.
